Silicone Foam

Silicone Foam is a type of microporous, low density, compressible polymer elastomer material, which made of raw silicone rubber, curing agent, foaming agent. It is mixed uniformly, foamed and cured at high temperature.

It exhibits high elasticity similar to rubber, along with excellent properties such as high and low temperature resistance (-60-200 ℃), high flame retardant (UL94 V-0).These high performance materials are ready to be fabricated into gaskets, heat shields, fire stops, seals, cushions and insulation. It is mainly applied for shock cushion gasket, sealing material, sound insulation material, insulation material and aerospace thermal insulation materials which have high performance requirements.
