Cold Plate Support Material
Features:
●SSF silicone foam serves as a highly effective support for the cold plate, ensuring closing bonding between the cold plate and module with superior mechanical resilience. It maintains long-term performance and exhibits excellent resistance to aging and weathering, along with outstanding compression set resistance. It offers exceptional high and low temperature resistance (-60-200 ℃), achieves a high flame retardant grade (V-0) and emits extremely low smoke concentration.
