Thermal insulation solutions for battery pack
Xiangyuan introduces the MPP series foam according to the structure and thermal insulation requirements of the battery pack, which mainly plays a supporting and thermal insulation role between the cold plate and bottom guard board thanks for its high strength and low thermal conductivity (≤ 0.04W/(m · k)). It effectively protects to bottom of battery pack from impact and scratch damage. It also has excellent cushion and energy absorption performance, which improve the durability and safety of the battery pack.
Application conditions:
Support and thermal insulation at the bottom of battery pack module.
Support and thermal insulation between the bottom of the battery pack box and the bottom guard board.
