IXPP foam is a specialized type of foam material made from polypropylene, a thermoplastic polymer known for its durability and versatility. The foam is created using a process called electron beam cross-linking, where high-energy electrons are used to form strong chemical bonds within the polypropylene structure. This cross-linking process enhances the foam's properties, making it exceptionally strong, lightweight, and resistant to impacts and chemicals.
It has good resilience, high impact and absorption capacity
Chemical corrosion resistance is better than other foam plastics
Resistant edible oil to meet the needs of greasy food packaging
Compared with foaming PS, no gas is released during combustion
Has significant temperature resistance
Temperature resistance is significantly better than foamed PS and foamed PE
