AB Column Filling

The IXPP/IXPE/XPE foam application is mainly used as a buffer layer in the AB column and the bumper. Firstly, it can support the bumper shell. In some low-speed collision situations, the collision energy is absorbed by the self-rupture to reduce the vehicle loss. When the vehicle collides with a pedestrian, the structure can absorb energy and reduce the damage to pedestrians. At the same time it can reduce cost and follow the trend of light weight, as well as reducing fuel comsuption.
